Ballet Barre

Poetic and powerful.

Barre core is a fun, enduring and playful-class designed to strengthen, tone and balance the whole body, as well as increase your flexibility.
We draw on elements from ballet, Pilates, and cardio. Integrated into each class is the use of classical ballet repitiore aided by the small pilates circles bands balls rollas and of course the ballet barre. You’ll walk out after this class with a spring in your step and slightly trembling legs and an overall feeling of achievement.
